Patients and Visitors

Our Admissions Department is accessible 24 hours, seven days a week to answer questions and conduct assessments for admission. Brynn Marr Hospital’s team of psychiatrists, nurses and master’s level clinicians are uniquely qualified to evaluate an individual to determine the recommended course of treatment.

As an inpatient at Brynn Marr Hospital, you can expect short-term, acute crisis stabilization. Our average length of stay is 10 to 12 days; however, due to the individualized treatment provided, your stay may vary based on treatment goals and progress made toward those goals.

Group therapy is the primary modality used to provide treatment and you are encouraged to attend each session, or “program” throughout the day. The treatment team consisting of your assigned physician, care coordinator, nurse, recreational therapist, and other professionals. You will meet regularly to discuss your treatment and progress. We encourage family, guardians, and other stakeholders who are invested in your success to participate in your treatment and discharge planning.

Visitation:

  • Children, ages 12 & under: Sundays, 3-4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m.
  • Adolescents, ages 13 -17: Sundays, 5-8pm
  • Adults: Saturdays, 6  – 8 p.m.
  • PRTF: Monday, Wednesday & Friday: (4pm – 6pm); Sunday: (4pm – 5pm) & (6pm – 7pm)

  • Children: Tuesday & Saturday (3:30pm – 5pm)
  • Adolescents: Tuesday & Saturday (4pm – 5:30pm)
  • Adults: Monday, Wednesday – Sunday (6:30pm – 8pm)
